48 hours notice is required to cancel once a job has been booked and confirmed.  If Door To Door Driving Services LLC is not given 48 hours notice, 1/2 of the flat rate will be charged as a cancellation fee.  If our driver has already left the office, you will be charged an hourly fee (minimum of one hour) for the vehicle being used for the actual time the driver incurs. 

If the passenger fails to show at the designated pick-up location within 30 minutes past the scheduled pick-up time and has not contacted us prior to the driver leaving our office, the client is considered a “no show”.   A “no-show” is charged for the entire  trip, wait time, and 20% gratuity. 

Our driver will be there when you land.  We always track incoming flights and will adjust our timing to make sure we are there.

Your driver will be in contact with you and let you know the pickup procedure.  In most cases, you will head to the limo/livery pickup area at the airport.
